Our booking Conditions
Please read the following Booking Terms and Conditions carefully.
By Booking a transfer with us you accept the following terms and conditions.
Should you not be in agreement with these terms and conditions then please advise us within 24 hours of booking and we will cancel your booking with a full refund.
All transfers on this site are sold through RubyBlue Skies Ltd, trading as RubyBlue Transfers.
RubyBlue Transfers act solely as a booking agent between our clients and the transfer providers overseas.
Your contract will be direct with the third party transport suppliers who will be named on your confirmation voucher and not with RubyBlue Skies ltd.
Please also see the booking terms and conditions below which have been provided by the transport suppliers. These terms and conditions apply without exception to all party members wishing to travel on one of our transfers.
Your conditions of contract with our Transfer suppliers
Upon successful completion of the booking, you will receive an electronic voucher to your nominated email address which was provided at the time of booking. This voucher acts as a confirmation of your booking and failure to receive a voucher would indicate that there may have been an error in the email address details that you provided at the time of booking. If you do not receive the vouchers within one hour of making the booking please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your details to confirm if the booking went through successfully.
All transfers must be paid in full at the time of booking. Bookings that have not been paid in full prior to travel will not be confirmed.
Under no circumstances do we allow our transport suppliers to take payment direct in resort.
Upon receipt of your transfer voucher with our transport suppliers’ details, the transport supplier becomes responsible for your booking and providing the transfer service for which their booking terms and condition will apply. These terms and conditions also include the terms and conditions applicable for amending or cancelling your booking. Please find these conditions below.
We kindly ask that you please check that all the information is correct on your voucher upon receipt.
This information includes dates, flight times, flight numbers, total passengers and type of transfer service booked and paid for. Any errors must be reported to us immediately at email@example.com . We cannot take responsibility for errors on vouchers that have not been checked upon receipt. Any errors must be reported to us within 24 hours of making a booking, amendment fees may be applicable after that period.
We accept no responsibility for passengers not checking their vouchers at the time of booking.
Amendments – Amendments to bookings can be made to a booking up to 3 working days prior to the first leg of travel.
Transfers cannot be amended without prior consent of the transport company after this time.
Any changes to the original bookings such as passenger numbers and type of transfer will be subject to additional charges where applicable. Amendments to flight numbers or arrival times would be free of charges up to 3 working days before the first leg of the transfer in the cases that no other parts of the booking are amended.
Cancellations – Bookings may be cancelled with no charge up to 5 working days prior to the first leg of travel booked. Any cancellations received between 5 and 2 working days prior to travel will be subject to a £10 admin fee and bookings cancelled within 2 working days will have a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellations must be notified in writing immediately to firstname.lastname@example.org
Luggage Allowance – Please check the luggage allowance as per the vehicle type that you are booking as the allowance varies depending on the vehicle type. Please hover your mouse curser over the vehicle type for the exact allowance information and suitcase size permitted in the vehicle you are booking. The transfer company will not accept responsibility if you take more luggage than can fit in the vehicle and will not refund you if you are refused carriage because you have more than the permitted luggage.
Standard luggage size would be considered a 20 kilo suitcase, Medium size suitcase would be defined as up to a 15 kilo suitcase.
Hand luggage must be of a size that can comfortably be held on your lap for the duration of your journey in the vehicles.
Buggies/srollers will be classified as an item of standard luggage.
Passengers travelling with more than this luggage allowance must advise us in advance so that a supplement can be added accordingly by the transport company.
Passengers arriving in resort with more than the allocated luggage allowance will be subject to refusal or will be charged locally by the transport provider should they transport you.
Upon accepting our terms and conditions and booking your transfer the lead named passenger shall accept responsibility for the total party in the booking. This will include the behaviour and conduct of the entire party members throughout the transfer. Our transport companies reserve the right to deny passengers on board their transport should their behaviour cause offence to the driver or any of the other passengers on board. They also reserve the right to refuse carriage to a confirmed passenger on board who is inebriated. They will also not be liable for any costs or compensation to a passenger who has been refused carriage due to their behaviour. The transport companies will also hold the lead named passenger financially responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during a transfer service.
Our responsibility to you
RubyBlue Skies ltd trading as RubyBlue transfers is acting solely as a booking agent for resort transport companies. We accept no liability for the transport services provided by the transport company in resort. The transport companies that we work with hold their own public liability insurance for their transport services. RubyBlue Skies trading as RubyBlue Transfers will not be directly liable for any illness, injury or death that may result from the services provided by the transport companies. The transport companies are liable to the laws and jurisdiction that operate within the countries where the services are provided.
RubyBlue Skies ltd and RubyBlue Transfers strongly recommends that all clients using their transfer booking services have their own holiday insurance in place to cover them for any cancellations prior to travel and for their protection whilst overseas.
Shuttle Transfers –
Shuttle transfers are shared transport with other passengers. This may take the form of a coach, minibus or a shared saloon car.
Our transport companies will endeavour to have their shuttle transfers on their way from the airport upon arrival in the shortest time possible and aim to have passengers on their way within 60 minutes of passengers coming through arrivals however this cannot be guaranteed due to their operational requirements.
The transport company reserves the right on shuttle transfers to combine more than one flight into their shared shuttles. Shuttle Transfers will involve stops at other hotels, apartments and resorts along the way to drop off and collect other passengers.
Due to space restrictions, the transport company are unable to accommodate golf clubs, wheelchairs or pushchairs/strollers in their shared shuttle transfer vehicles.
Transport will be denied without refund should you turn up for a shuttle with any of these items.
These items can only be accommodated in private vehicles of a suitable size to suit your equipment.
We advise you to book the correct vehicle size to accommodate your requirements.
Shared shuttle transfers are not recommended for anyone with walking/mobility issues due.
Private Transfers – Private transfers are for the exclusive use of the clients within that booking.
Private transfers are not shared with other passengers and will leave the airport as soon as the passengers have made themselves known to the transport company as per the instructions on the voucher.
The transport company will drop the passengers off directly at the reception of their accommodation with no other stops along the way to either collect or drop off other passengers.
Private Transfers cannot currently be booked to private addresses.
Depending on the size of the party booking the private transfer, the vehicle can take the form of a saloon car, minibus or coach.
Local Taxi Service
To offer even more options to our customers we are now introducing the option where available, of pre-booking using the local public taxi service too.
This service is only slightly different to our private company transport service and will be carried out by the local official taxi company in your destination rather than a private transport company.
This service is also a pre-paid service and you will be required to take your voucher with you as proof of payment.This service will also be met as you come through arrivals by your driver who will be waiting for you with your lead name on a placard.
On your return journey you will be collected at your allocated time from your reception.
We ask that you are ready and at your collection point between 10-15 minutes prior to your pick up time. See the instructions on your voucher.
