Q:What if I am travelling with Golf Clubs, Wheelchair or Infant Pushchair/Stroller?
Golf Clubs, Wheelchairs and Infant Pushchairs/Strollers can only be transported in private use vehicles.
Please ensure you book a vehicle large enough to accommodate the items you know you are travelling with.
Please also note that Golf Clubs and Wheelchairs will NOT fit in a standard size private vehicle unless you are travelling without luggage.
Please ensure you choose a larger vehicle size if travelling with these items as the transport company will not accept responsibility nor refund you should your luggage not fit in the vehicle type you have chosen for your journey when they come to collect you.
We show the luggage capacity of each of our vehicle options in the booking process with further information shown if you click on the vehicle type when making your booking.
We cannot accept responsibility if you choose a vehicle that is too small for your requirements.

Q: How much luggage can I take?
The maximum luggage is shown under the vehicle type. Suitcases are standard European sized suitcases as the maximum permitted by the European Airlines you are flying with.
Hand Luggage must be of a size that can be carried comfortably on your lap for the duration of your journey.
Infant buggies/ prams would be classed as a suitcase for vehicle capacity.
Q: How do I know my booking has been accepted?
All transfers must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Should your payment go through successfully, you will receive a confirmation voucher email to confirm your booking and a receipt for your payment under a separate email.
The confirmation voucher emails are sent immediately upon successful payment. Should you not receive your voucher email/s then please check your junk mail in case it has went in there. If you are unable to find the voucher emails then please contact us by return so we can check it in case you have a typo in the email address you provided in the booking process.
For return bookings, you will receive one confirmation voucher email per leg along with one receipt for payment from our secure payment processing partner.
Please check your bookings immediately upon receipt and inform us by return if anything is not as it should be so we can correct the booking.
We cannot accept any responsibility for any errors on bookings that you have not checked and informed us immediately to amend.
Amendments can be made free of charge within 24 hours of making your booking, after this time may incur an admin fee.
Q: What if I cannot locate my driver?
Should you have any difficulty in locating your driver then please refer to the emergency telephone number as shown on your voucher email and also in the Terms and Conditions document that was attached to your booking confirmation.
We work with two different transport suppliers from Malaga International Airport. To identify your transport supplier then check the vehicle type you have booked on your voucher, you will then see the emergency contact number below for the transport supplier for that type of vehicle.
It is extremely important that you take a copy of your voucher email document or have access to it on your mobile device when you travel as it contains important information regarding your booking that you may need access to from the day that you travel.
These contact numbers vary depending on the type of vehicle you have booked.
Please ensure you call the number that relates to the type of vehicle you have booked.
Q: What if I wish to cancel and want a refund?
Any cancellations received between 5 and 2 working days prior to travel will be subject to a £10 admin fee and bookings cancelled within 2 working days will have a 100% cancellation fee.
Cancellations must be notified in writing immediately to admin@rubybluetransfers.com
Q: Will I be charged extra if my flight is delayed?
No. The transport company will be monitoring your flight live from the airport should your flight be delayed.
Should your flight be cancelled or if you miss your flight connection into Malaga on the day of travel, then please contact the emergency number shown on the Terms and Conditions document that was attached to your booking email. It is extremely important that you have access to this document from the day that you travel as it contains import information including emergency contact numbers depending on the type of vehicle you have booked.
The transport company may charge you again should you not give adequate notice for them to amend your booking under these circumstances.
Q: What if I miss my flight?
Please call the emergency contact number as soon as you find out your flight has been missed or cancelled. Delay in calling may result in the transport company being unable to amend your booking. The emergency number is shown on the Terms and Conditions document that was attached to you booking email.
It is extremely important that you have access to the information on this document when you travel as it contains important information and emergency contact numbers for use from the day you travel.
Q: What does the price include?
Should your vehicle be equipped to hold extras like infant seats, then these will show as available at an additional supplement.
Vehicles are displayed per journey, ie arrival and and return under the other tab if you have requested a return journey.
Please ensure you add both journeys to your basket if you wish to book a return journey.
Q: Is there a booking deadline?
Bookings can be made up until 49 hours prior to the arrival or return journey pick up time.
Prices are subject to change until your booking is made, paid and confirmed.
